The workout that doesn't feel like work...

You don’t need to be a circus performer, an elite athlete, or a dancer to try aerial silks. Our Intro to Silks class is designed for real people with real bodies—people who are curious, a little nervous, and ready to try something new. Beginners are not just welcome here; they’re who this class is for. If you can show up and listen to your body, you can get into the fabrics and begin.

Aerial silks is challenging. It asks you to use muscles in new ways, to be patient with yourself, and to accept that you won’t be perfect on your first try (or your tenth). But that challenge is also what makes it so rewarding. Progress happens quickly when you’re supported, taught safely, and encouraged to take manageable risks—both physically and mentally.

For many students, silks stops feeling like “exercise” and starts feeling like play. The effort fades into the background as confidence grows, strength builds, and small victories add up. There’s a unique pride that comes from realizing you can do hard things—and that you’re capable of far more than you thought. All it takes to begin is a willingness to step a little outside your comfort zone and give it a try.

"I see her confidence growing..."

"I love watching my daughter do silks! She is so proud of the skills she has learned and I am so proud of how strong she has become. I see her confidence growing." ~Anne (mom)
